Acceptable Stay at the Hotel
friendly staff clean room modern interior hard bed online check-in inconvenient location
The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. Interior is modern.
The bed was terribly hard. It was almost impossible to sleep in. Online check-in was a waste of time.

non-functional air conditioning poor service
The room was spacious enough and the location had decent transport links nearby. Bus stops were easily accessible. breakfast was also acceptable.
there were noticeable issues i must point out. the air conditioning did not function at all during my five-day stay, even after i reported it to multiple receptionists. a room change was not offered, nor was the issue resolved or any compensation provided. This was a considerable inconvenience. the poor service detracted significantly from the experience.

breakfast buffet wide variety helpful staff thin walls isolated location limited parking
the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. i found the staff to be helpful and kind . the rooms were clean and well kept, which i appreciated.
the walls seemed thin as i could hear noise from neighboring rooms. the location felt a bit isolated and far from the city center. the parking situation was not ideal as spaces were limited.
